Analysis:		The Bird of Prey can cruise at warp factor 4.3, faster then the War Eagle but slower then almost every other ship.  It has two phaser banks as well as two Plasma launchers (which are also capable of firing the slightly faster XPlasma device).  It also mounts dual probe launch systems.
