Features:
-v1.1-
- Randomly generate scenarios using the Scenario Tool. Tailor the ranges of the randomness to your liking.
- Open/Save .sce files for later compilation.
- Launch compiled scenarios directly from the Scenario Tool.

-v1.0-
- You can have as many nations as you like, and each nation will fight together as their own faction. 
- Designating multiple ships as <player> allows the player to control each of those ships as if they were the captain. Nation does not matter.

Notes:
-v1.1-
-"Begin2.exe" must be in the same folder as the Scenario Tool to launch or generate a scenario.
- Compiling a .sce file will output a .sco file with the Scenario Title as the file name, which may make a copy of the .sce if you save the scenario under a different name than the title.
- .sce Files are now used to pull up scenario information provided the .sce and .sco files have the same file name.
- Begin2 doesn't seem to work properly with multiple nations in the random scenario generator. Set the min/max nations to 1 to avoid problems.

-v1.0-
- "scene.exe" must be in the same folder as the tool or the compiler will not work. 
- There must be at least one <player> designated ship in your forces (no <player> ships crashes Begin2)
- The summary, description, and objective sections of the scenario are all optional. These features are not accessible from within Begin2.
- Coordinate units are equal to the units used in Begin2. So a coord of (500, 0) is a range of 500 heading 90 from point (0, 0)

Future Features:
I hope to implement these features in the future.
- Implementing outsourced AI files for richer battles (currently runs using <internal> for all computer AI, so only simple skirmishes can really be   created with this tool.)
- Merging scene.exe into the tool.exe to make one package.
